9kiss Platform Terms & Conditions – Member Rights, Responsibilities & Rules for Malaysia

By accessing, registering for, or using any of the services provided by 9kiss ("Platform"), you hereby agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect immediately upon registration or first use of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines ours, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 9kiss in relation to the use of this platform.

• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account termination without notice.

• Password: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. 9kiss will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a compromised password due to your own negligence.
• Information Updates: If any of your personal details change (such as your phone number or email address), you must update them in your account without delay.
• Account Security: If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, please contact the 9kiss support team immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account.
• One Device, One Account: The use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised methods to access the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9kiss offers a variety of deposit methods suited for users in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 9kiss reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference.
• 9kiss is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems (banks or e-wallet providers).

• Welcome Bonus: The first deposit bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Duplicate accounts attempting to claim the same bonus will be suspended and all bonuses forfeited.

• Sports Betting: For football betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and others), badminton, e-sports, and other sports — all bets are final once confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the applicable odds, even if the odds change thereafter.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled before half-time, all related bets will be fully refunded to the member's account.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error or system issue during gameplay, 9kiss reserves the right to void the relevant round/match and refund the wager.
• Casino Betting: All casino games use an audited and certified RNG (Random Number Generator). Every round's outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated.
• Betting Limits: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary depending on your VIP membership tier.
• Final Results: All results displayed on the 9kiss platform are final and non-disputable unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the platform 9kiss. Violation of any of the following may result in permanent account suspension:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different information
• Using another person's identity or false information during registration or verification
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
• Engaging in credit card fraud, money laundering, or any other unauthorised financial activity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (particularly in poker or live table games)
• Attempting to exploit software errors or bugs in the system for unfair advantage
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing 9kiss support staff or other members through any communication channel
• Transferring bonus balances between accounts or in any other unauthorised manner

• Account suspension request by a competent authority
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee)

If your account has been suspended for a rectifiable offence, you may contact support 9kiss to initiate the review process. 9kiss's decision on this matter is final.

9kiss is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions, delays, or platform unavailability caused by factors beyond our control (including internet outages, third-party server failures)
• Unfavourable betting or game outcomes – all bets carry inherent risk and you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions
• Errors made when entering betting data or navigating the platform
• Unauthorised use of your account by a third party due to your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances

Maximum liability 9kiss to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9kiss reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of significant changes through:

• In-platform notifications when you are logged in
• Email to the address registered to your account
• Notices displayed on the 9kiss website
